Recently one of my posts was closed without resolution partly because someone proffered the idea that harmonics is not in the realm of physics, but electronics. But as Dr. Richard Feynman's own book, Lectures On Physics points out, even Pythagoras took up the topic of harmonics over two thousand years before electronics became a field of study, so if harmonics is not a topic for discussion on physics, I would say that you must disown any knowledge or mention of Feynman or Pythagoras.

Your question was closed because it was utterly unclear what your were asking about, not because "someone proffered the idea that harmonics is not in the realm of physics." $\endgroup$– hftCommented Sep 4 at 23:19

1$\begingroup$ your question was closed as "needs more clarity", not because harmonics would be off-topic here. It's therefore not clear what you're asking in this post, either. $\endgroup$– ACuriousMind ModCommented Sep 5 at 10:09
