Removing all auxiliary discussion is not so easily done (moderators will tend to remove unconstructive or obsolete discussions over time, but ideally folks would be encouraged to participate in more general, constructive discussion of policy that can inform and guide others in the future instead).

It is only about being able to contriute to the LOCAL site so undoing the ban should be the business and judgement of the local community and its mods alone.
